App timer limits need to be properly enabled in Digital Wellbeing settings. Check that the limit is set correctly, Digital Wellbeing is turned on, and no bypass PIN is active.
Android app timer limits work when they're set up correctly in Digital Wellbeing. If the app keeps running, either the limit isn't set correctly, the feature is disabled, or someone set a bypass PIN. We'll check the settings and make sure everything is turned on.
