WiFi calling not working on your Android phone
Not every carrier supports WiFi calling, and not every phone model does either. Check your carrier's website first to see if they offer it. If they do, the setting should be in your phone's Calling settings. If you can't find it, your phone does not support it.
WiFi calling lets you make calls over the internet instead of cellular signal. Not every carrier supports it, and some older phones don't either. We'll check if your carrier has it, make sure it's enabled on your phone, and check your account has it activated.
- ✓Check your carrier's website or contact them to confirm they support WiFi calling
- ✓Check if WiFi calling is available in your country or region (some carriers don't offer it everywhere)
- ✓Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection (weak WiFi won't work for calls)
- ✓Confirm your phone model is recent enough to support WiFi calling

Skip, I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Forgetting that your carrier has to enable it on their end. Turning it on in Settings alone isn't enough
- Thinking WiFi calling will work on weak WiFi. You need strong, stable WiFi for calls to work
- Not restarting the phone after enabling WiFi calling, so it doesn't actually activate
Signs you need professional help
- If your carrier confirmed they have WiFi calling, it's enabled on your account, it's turned on in Settings, but calls still won't go through, give us a call and we'll investigate.
