Screen flickering when brightness is turned down low
Your phone's adaptive brightness is interfering with low brightness levels. Go to Settings → Display → Brightness and turn off Adaptive brightness or Eye comfort mode. This fixes it.
Screen flickering at low brightness is caused by adaptive brightness trying to adjust the screen automatically, or by a hardware feature that dims the screen to protect your eyes. Turning this off stops the flickering. If it continues, it is a hardware issue.
