Your Android split screen or multi-window won't work
Split screen needs three things to work: your phone must support it (Android 7.0 or newer with 4GB RAM), Battery Saver must be off, and the app must support split screen mode. Check all three.
Split screen lets you run two apps side by side on the same screen. It requires a modern Android version, enough RAM, and both apps must support the feature. If it's not working, we'll check your Android version, RAM, Battery Saver status, and test with apps that definitely support split screen.
- ✓Know your Android version (check Settings → About Phone → Android Version)
- ✓Know your phone has at least 4GB of RAM for split screen to work smoothly
- ✓Know that Battery Saver can disable split screen temporarily
- ✓Have apps like Chrome, YouTube, or Gmail ready to test — these always support split screen
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.
