NFC tag not scanning when you tap it
NFC tag scanning needs NFC to be turned on and your phone positioned correctly over the tag. Most NFC chips are at the top or center back of your phone. Make sure NFC is enabled in Settings and try tapping different spots on the tag.
NFC tags are small wireless chips that trigger actions when you tap them with a phone. If they won't scan, it's one of three things: NFC is disabled, the tag is damaged, or you're not tapping the right part of your phone over the right part of the tag.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.

- Tapping the wrong part of your phone over the tag. The NFC chip location matters
- Not holding your phone still long enough. NFC needs 2-3 seconds of contact
- Assuming the tag is broken when your phone just doesn't have NFC enabled
