Receipt printer won't print after setup

Tell your POS software which printer to use. Check the printer settings in POS and select the receipt printer. If it's not listed, the driver isn't installed.

Receipt printers need two things: hardware connection and software settings. New printers need to be told which device is the receipt printer in POS settings.
