Email attachment too large to send, keeps bouncing back

The file is bigger than your email service allows, or bigger than the recipient's email system accepts. Compress the file to make it smaller, split the files across multiple emails, or use a file-sharing service instead. Email services limit attachments to 20-25 MB, but corporate systems are stricter.

Email servers have size limits to prevent abuse and keep their systems running smoothly. If your attachment is over that limit, the server rejects the email before it even reaches the recipient. We'll check your file size, compress it if possible, or move you to a better way to share the file.
