Microsoft Forms responses not showing up in the results
Microsoft Forms doesn't show responses if the form is closed, if you're looking at an old link, or if responses are being saved somewhere else like an Excel file. First, check whether your form is set to open or closed. If it's closed, it won't accept or show new responses.
When people fill out your form, their answers should automatically show up in the Responses tab, but sometimes they don't. This happens when the form is closed for new submissions, when you're looking at the wrong version, or when responses are being stored in a linked Excel file instead. We'll check these settings and make sure your responses are being saved.
- ✓Have the direct link to your form handy - go to forms.office.com to find it
- ✓Make sure you have access to the Responses tab in Microsoft Forms
- ✓Keep the correct spelling of your form's name in case you need to search for it
