SharePoint CRM dashboard not showing the latest data

The dashboard is showing cached data instead of the latest entries. Refresh the page with F5 and clear your browser cache. If multiple people see the same stale data, the dashboard itself needs refreshing.

Dashboards pull data from your CRM list and display it in charts and tables. If new entries or updates don't appear, the dashboard is showing you a cached version from before the data changed. Sometimes the cache is in your browser, sometimes it's in SharePoint itself. We'll walk you through refreshing the display, clearing the cache, and checking if the underlying data is actually being updated.
