VPN not connecting to your company network from home

VPN connection problems are caused by outdated VPN software, a weak internet connection at home, or a security block on your company network. Start by restarting both your computer and your home router. This fixes about 70% of VPN issues. If that doesn't work, update your VPN client software and check that your credentials are correct.

Your VPN connects your home computer to your company network like a secure tunnel. When that tunnel won't form, it's because the VPN software is outdated, your home internet is unstable, or something on your company network is blocking the connection. A restart and a software update fix most problems.
