Office copier won't email scanned documents

The copier can't reach the email server. Check the copier has the correct email server settings, the network cable is plugged in, and your IT person has enabled it.

Scan-to-email needs the copier to send emails just like a computer does. It needs the correct email server address, your login details, and a clear path to the internet. Most problems come from wrong settings or the copier being on a blocked network.
