Calls aren't forwarding to the right person

Check that the forwarding rule is turned on and saved. Make sure the person's phone is plugged in and online. Check that you didn't type the extension number wrong.

Call forwarding tells your phone system to send calls somewhere else. If it's not working, it's because the forwarding is turned off, the destination phone is offline, or you typed the wrong extension number. This article helps you check and fix these common issues.
