Echo or feedback during VoIP business calls

Echo happens when your microphone and speaker are too close to each other or both are on at the same time. The fix is to mute your microphone when you're not talking, move the microphone away from the speakers, or use a headset instead of the laptop speaker.

VoIP echo is caused by sound traveling from your speaker back into your microphone. The system picks up your own voice and sends it back to you, creating an annoying echo or feedback loop. We'll check your audio settings, hardware placement, and noise suppression features to stop it.
