VoIP desk phone showing 'No Service' on the screen

A VoIP phone needs an active network connection to work. Check that the phone is plugged in with a network cable or connected to WiFi, then restart it. If it's on WiFi, switch it to a network cable. That fixes most 'No Service' errors immediately.

VoIP phones work over your internet connection, not a traditional phone line. When the phone shows 'No Service', it means it can't reach the internet or your VoIP provider. The fastest fixes are checking the network cable connection, restarting the phone, and making sure it's not on WiFi when it should be on a cable.
