Bluetooth headset won't connect to your console

Bluetooth headsets need to be in pairing mode and then paired in your console's settings. First, put the headset in pairing mode by holding a button for 5 seconds, then go to your console's Bluetooth settings and scan for it. Most headsets pair within 30 seconds.

Bluetooth headsets need to tell your console they're ready to connect. This is called pairing mode. If your headset isn't showing up, it's either not in pairing mode or the console has already paired with a different device and needs to forget it first. We'll walk through the exact steps.
