Remote play not connecting to your console from another device
Remote play needs both devices on the same WiFi network and your console to be awake. Make sure your console is turned on and connected to the internet, then try again. If it still won't connect, restart both the console and the app.
Remote play streams your game from your console to another device over your home WiFi. If the console is asleep, offline, or on a different network, the app can't find it to connect. The most common fix is waking up your console and making sure both devices are on the same WiFi network.
- ✓Have your console powered on and your other device (phone, tablet, or computer) with the remote play app installed ready
- ✓Know your WiFi network name and password so you can check both devices are connected
- ✓Make sure you have a stable WiFi signal in both locations
