Bluetooth mouse is laggy and jumpy on Mac

A laggy Bluetooth mouse is caused by interference, low battery, or a corrupted pairing. Charge the mouse, move it closer to your Mac, and remove interference. This fixes it.

Bluetooth mice are vulnerable to interference from WiFi, microwaves, and USB 3 devices. When your cursor lags or jumps, the Bluetooth signal is getting interrupted. Low battery makes the signal weaker. A corrupted pairing can cause lag even when the signal is strong. The fixes are simple: charge the mouse, move it closer, remove interference, or re-pair.
