Safari extensions stopped working
Safari extensions are disabled or need permission after updates. Go to Safari Settings → Extensions and turn them back on, or grant the permissions Safari is asking for.
When macOS updates Safari, extensions sometimes need to be re-enabled or given permissions again. Safari is strict about extension security, so updates reset permissions automatically. This is normal.
