iMessage on Mac not syncing with iPhone, messages missing
iMessage syncing needs both devices signed into the same Apple ID, both on WiFi, and both signed into Messages. Check that both are using the same Apple ID, then sign out and back into Messages on your Mac. This fixes it.
When iMessages don't sync between Mac and iPhone, it's because they're signed into different Apple IDs, not both connected to the internet, or Messages just needs to be signed out and back in. We'll check the Apple IDs, make sure internet is connected, and restart Messages.
