Mac dark mode isn't working or some apps stay bright
Your Mac either isn't fully set to dark mode, or some apps don't support it yet and need updating. Go to System Settings → Appearance and click Dark. Then check if any apps need updates in the App Store. This fixes it.
When Mac dark mode doesn't work across all apps, it's because the system setting wasn't fully applied or individual apps don't support dark mode yet. Some older apps lack dark mode and need updates from their makers. We'll check your appearance settings, enable dark mode properly, and update any apps that need it.
