Router admin page will not load in your web browser
The router admin page fails to load because your device is not connected to the router, the browser has old cached data, or the router IP address is different. Clearing your browser cache and reconnecting to the router fixes it most of the time.
When the router admin page will not load, it is almost always because your device lost connection to the router, your browser is using cached data, or you are using the wrong IP address. We will check that you are connected to the router, clear your browser cache, find the correct IP address, and try again.

Skip, I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Typing the IP address without 'http://' at the start — try typing 'http://192.168.1.1' exactly as shown.
- Using a cell phone on cellular data instead of WiFi — you must be on the router's WiFi to access the admin page.
- Not waiting long enough for the page to load — router admin pages can take 10–20 seconds to fully load.
