Guest WiFi is not broadcasting or not working
Guest WiFi is disabled in your router settings or was turned off by accident. Logging into your router admin page and turning it back on takes just a few minutes.
Guest WiFi not working means the feature is turned off in your router settings or it never got turned on. We will log into your router admin page, turn guest WiFi on, give it a network name and password, and make sure guests can find and connect to it.

- ✓Have your router admin password ready, which is on a sticker on the bottom of the router
- ✓Check the IP address on your router's sticker — it's — 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (check the sticker)
- ✓Have a phone or laptop that can connect to your main WiFi to log into the router
