One of your mesh WiFi nodes keeps going offline

A mesh node going offline is a loose connection, bad placement, or a power problem. First, check that the node is plugged in firmly and hasn't overheated. Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait 2 minutes for it to restart.

Mesh nodes talk to each other over WiFi to spread your signal around your home. When a node goes offline, it means the connection between that node and the main router got too weak or the node lost power. It's something simple like the outlet is loose or the node is too far from the main router. Sometimes the node itself has a hardware problem and needs replacing.
