Mesh WiFi satellite not connecting to the main router

The satellite has lost its connection to the main router. First, unplug the satellite and the main router for 30 seconds, then plug the router back in and wait 2 minutes. Plug the satellite back in and wait 3 minutes for it to reconnect.

Your mesh system works by having the main router and satellites talk to each other wirelessly. If a satellite can't hear the router anymore, it shows as offline. The quickest fix is to restart both devices. It clears any connection hiccup and lets them find each other again.

⚡ Before you start
  • Check the satellite light color. Red or orange means no connection to the main router
  • Know whether the satellite suddenly disconnected or never connected in the first place
  • Check the distance. Is the satellite farther than 30-40 feet from the main router with walls between them?
