You can't get into your router's admin page
Most routers are accessed by typing 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 into your web browser's address bar. If that doesn't work, restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. If you've forgotten the password, try 'admin' for both username and password, or check a sticker on the back of your router.
Your router has a settings page (called an admin page) that you can access through a web browser to change your WiFi password and adjust network settings. You reach it by typing an address like 192.168.1.1 into your browser while connected to your network. If you can't get in, it's a forgotten password, your computer not being connected to the router's network, or the router needing a restart. Resetting the router to factory settings will clear the password, but you'll need to set everything up again from scratch.
