Smart home device won't respond to commands

If a device shows offline, it's lost WiFi. Power cycle your device first (switch it off and back on). If multiple devices are offline, restart your router.

Offline devices mean WiFi is broken between your device and your hub or router. It is your device is too far away, the router settings changed, your device lost power, or your smart bulb was switched off at the wall. Start by power cycling your device, then check the router if multiple devices are offline.
