Your smart bulb is stuck on the wrong colour or won't change

A smart bulb that won't change colors is stuck because the WiFi connection is weak or the bulb lost connection to the app. Turn the bulb off at the wall switch for 10 seconds, then turn it back on to reset the connection. If that doesn't work, remove the bulb from the app and pair it again to give it a fresh start.

Smart bulbs change colors by receiving commands from your app over WiFi. When the connection is weak or drops, the bulb can't get new color commands and stays stuck on whatever color it was last told to be. We'll do a quick reset by turning the bulb off and back on, which makes it reconnect to your WiFi. If that doesn't work, we'll remove and re-pair the bulb in the app to give it a fresh start.
