Smart doorbell isn't sending alerts to your phone
The doorbell app isn't getting permission to send alerts on your phone. Go to your phone's notification settings, find the doorbell app, and turn notifications on. If they're already on, the doorbell lost WiFi connection.
Your smart doorbell sends alerts through your phone's notification system. If you don't get alerts, one of three things happened: notifications are blocked in your phone settings, the doorbell lost internet connection, or the app isn't paired with the doorbell properly. We'll check all three.
