Zigbee device offline or unresponsive
Zigbee devices go offline when they lose power or the hub is unreachable. Restart your device by toggling its power off for 10 seconds, then on again. Check that your hub is online.
Zigbee devices create a mesh network through each other to reach the hub. When a device goes offline, it has lost power or can't communicate with the hub. Power cycling your device brings it back online.
