Smart lock not responding or won't unlock
Smart lock issues are battery, connection, or power problems. Check the battery level first. Then restart the lock by removing and reinserting the battery, or check if it's within range of your hub.
Smart locks go offline due to low battery, lost connection to hub, or being too far away. Battery replacement is the most common fix. For Zigbee locks, they must be within range of the hub or another device acting as a repeater.
