Smart sprinkler controller not running watering schedule

Your sprinkler controller's schedule is either disabled in the app, the controller has lost its internet connection, or the timezone is set wrong. Check that the schedule is enabled, your WiFi is connected, and your timezone matches your location. This fixes it.

  • Check that the controller shows as Connected in the app, not Offline
  • Check that the date and time in your app settings are correct
  • Check that it's not early morning or very late at night, when the sprinklers are quiet
