Alexa not responding to voice commands
Alexa isn't hearing you because the microphone is muted, your device lost internet connection, or the wake word isn't being recognized. Check that the microphone is unmuted, restart your device, and make sure it's connected to WiFi. This fixes it.
When Alexa stops responding, it's one of three things: the microphone is muted, your device lost WiFi connection, or there's a glitch in the app. We'll unmute the microphone, check the WiFi, restart your device, and make sure everything is set up right.
