Chrome has too many browser extensions or tabs open, or it is not up to date. Close extra tabs, disable extensions you don't need, and update Chrome. This fixes it.

⚡ Before you start
  • Check how many tabs you have open. Close any you are not using. Each tab uses memory.
  • Check Chrome's memory and CPU usage. Press Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager. If Chrome is using more than 50% of your memory, something is wrong.
  • Make sure Chrome is up to date. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and look for an update notification.
  • Check which extensions are installed. Click the extension icon (jigsaw piece) and see how many you have.

Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.
