Files are opening in the wrong app on your computer
Right-click the file, choose Open With, pick the app you want, and check Always use this app. On Mac, right-click, Get Info, Open With, then Change All.
File types are linked to the wrong app. Fix by right-clicking a file, picking the correct app from the menu, and telling your computer to always use that app for that file type.
