Canva project not saving or stuck on loading
Canva won't save when your internet connection is slow or drops. Try refreshing the page or closing the app and opening it again. If that doesn't work, log out and back in. This fixes most saving problems in under 5 minutes.
Canva saves your designs to the cloud, so it needs a steady internet connection. If the connection drops or slows down, Canva can't send your changes to the server and gets stuck. Refreshing or restarting the app forces Canva to try again, and logging out and back in clears any stuck sessions.
- ✓Make sure you're connected to the internet and the connection is stable
- ✓Look for a spinning loading icon or error message on the screen
- ✓Make sure you can save a new blank design. If you can, the app works
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.
