Microphone not working in Microsoft Teams
Teams either does not have permission to use your microphone, your mic is disconnected, or there is a software glitch. Check that your mic is plugged in, give Teams permission to access it in Windows settings, and restart Teams. This fixes it.
When your microphone does not work in Teams, it is because Teams never got permission to use the mic, the mic is muted at the system level, or there is a temporary software issue. We will check permissions, make sure the mic is enabled, and restart Teams.
