App store on your smart TV won't load

The app store won't load because your TV has lost its internet connection or the connection is very slow. Check the WiFi connection in your TV settings. If the signal is weak, move closer to the router or restart both your router and TV.

Your TV's app store needs a stable internet connection to load and show you the apps available. If your TV is far from the router, has weak WiFi, or the connection has dropped, the app store will appear blank or freeze. Checking WiFi strength and restarting the TV fixes it.
