Soundbar connected but audio is delayed or missing
Soundbar audio delay or dropout is caused by a weak Bluetooth connection or a loose HDMI cable. If it's Bluetooth connected, move the soundbar closer to the TV or move it away from interference. If it's HDMI connected, check that the cable is fully inserted.
When a soundbar isn't playing properly, it's either the connection is weak or the audio isn't being sent to it at all. Bluetooth connections are susceptible to interference and distance. HDMI connections can fail if the cable is loose.
