AirPlay to Smart TV not connecting or keeps dropping
AirPlay needs your iPhone and TV on the same WiFi network with AirPlay enabled on the TV. Most problems are fixed by restarting both devices and making sure they're on the same network.
AirPlay works by sending video or audio from your iPhone over WiFi to your TV. Both devices have to be on the same WiFi network, AirPlay has to be turned on in your TV settings, and they have to be close enough for WiFi to be strong between them.
