Game mode is on but input lag is still high
Game mode is probably on but other settings are adding lag back. Motion smoothing, dynamic contrast, and blur reduction features all add delay and override game mode. Turn them all off and you'll feel the difference immediately.
Game mode is designed to reduce input lag by turning off video processing that makes pictures look smoother but adds delay. However, other picture settings can override game mode. We'll disable motion smoothing, turn off dynamic contrast, and make sure your gaming device is plugged into the correct HDMI port.
