Remote app on phone won't connect to TV
Your phone and TV must be on the same WiFi network. Check both devices are on the exact same network, restart the TV, then open the app. If it still doesn't work, delete and reinstall the app.
Your phone and TV talk over WiFi. If they're on different networks or the TV is off, the app can't find it. Both devices need the same WiFi network and the TV must be powered on.
