Sleep timer isn't turning off your TV
Your sleep timer can't be set correctly or the feature can be disabled. Go to your TV settings and look for Sleep Timer or Sleep Mode. Make sure it's turned On and set to the number of minutes you want.
Sleep timers turn your TV off automatically after a certain number of minutes. If yours isn't working, it can be disabled in settings, set to 'Off', or not configured correctly. We'll check your settings and make sure the timer is properly set.
