Streaming buffers on one app but works fine on others

When just one app buffers, the problem is with that app, not your internet. Force-close and restart the app first. If that doesn't work, clear its cache. If it still buffers, uninstall and reinstall it.

When only one app buffers while others work fine, that app has a problem. The data it's stored on the TV has gotten corrupted or the app version is outdated. Clearing the app's cache resets it without deleting your login. If that doesn't work, reinstalling it takes just a minute.
