Streaming app update stuck or won't install
Stuck app updates are caused by not enough free storage on your TV or the internet dropping during download. Free up storage on your TV, unplug it for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and try the update again.
App updates need two things: enough free storage space and a stable internet connection. When either is missing, the update fails or gets stuck. Your TV's storage fills up over time as apps and their caches grow. Restarting your TV clears the stuck download from memory so it can try again fresh.
- ✓Have your TV's remote nearby so you can unplug it from the outlet
- ✓Make sure nothing else is using your internet right now — no streaming, gaming, or downloads on other devices
- ✓Check that your TV is connected to WiFi or has an ethernet cable plugged in
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.

- Tapping the Update button over and over when it's stuck — this doesn't help, you need to restart your TV first
- Running out of patience and unplugging the TV while the update is actually downloading slowly
- Not freeing enough storage — if only 200MB is free, most app updates will fail
