Smart TV update failed and apps stopped working
The update got stuck and corrupted the app system. Restart the TV completely by holding the power button until it shuts down, then turn it back on. If apps still don't work after that, go to Settings and clear the app cache. This wipes the corrupted files without deleting your login info.
