TV WiFi keeps disconnecting or dropping every few minutes

  • How far is the TV from the WiFi router? Optimal is under 15 feet; if 30+ feet, move TV or use extender
  • Are there other WiFi networks visible on your phone's WiFi list? High interference from neighbors' networks is common
  • Check how many devices are currently connected to your WiFi (phones, computers, smart home devices). Too many can cause drops
