Earbuds charging case not charging the earbuds

The charging contacts inside the case or on your earbuds are probably dirty or blocked. Clean both the metal pins on the earbuds and the matching contacts inside the case with a dry cotton swab or soft cloth. This fixes the problem within a minute.

Your earbuds charge through metal contacts that touch the case. Like tiny pins that pass electricity. If those contacts get dust, moisture, or dried residue on them, the electricity can't flow and your earbuds won't charge. The good news is cleaning those contacts solves the problem for 90% of cases. We'll also walk through checking the case battery level and making sure the earbuds are sitting in the right spot.
