Your smartwatch won't charge when you put it on the charger

The charging contacts on your watch are probably dirty or blocked. Take the watch off, clean both the metal contacts on the watch and the charger with a dry cloth, then put it back on the charger. That fixes the problem.

Your watch charges through metal contacts that touch the charger. If these contacts are dirty, blocked, or misaligned, the power can't flow through and charging stops. A quick clean with a dry cloth solves it. If that doesn't work, the charger cable has probably failed and needs replacing.
