Smartwatch always-on display not working

Your always-on display is turned off. Turn it back on in your watch settings or the companion app on your phone — it is in Display or Screen settings. If battery is very low, charge the watch to full, as low battery turns off always-on to save power.

Always-on display shows the time dimly on your screen at all times. If it is off, the screen goes black when you are not looking at the watch. This is a setting that got turned off or a low battery situation. We will turn it back on.
