Always-on display not working on your smartwatch
Always-on display needs to be turned on in your watch settings. Go to Settings and look for Always-On Display or Ambient Display. Make sure it's enabled. If it's already on, restart your watch to reset the feature.
Always-on display keeps the watch face visible at all times, even when you're not looking at it. This uses a bit more battery but saves you from raising your wrist all day. The feature has to be turned on in settings, and sometimes a restart fixes it if it's on but not working.
- ✓Have your watch charged to at least 50% before starting
- ✓Wear your watch on your wrist during testing
- ✓Keep the watch in a dark room to see the always-on display clearly
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.

- Not checking if the setting is actually on. It is off by accident
- Trying to use always-on display with very low battery. The watch disables it automatically
- Restarting the phone instead of the watch. The setting is on the watch, not your phone
